Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements:
Prior retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an asset
A willingness to learn about our products and services thoroughly
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
