Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work activities of farm workers

Familiarity with farming practices, equipment operation, and crop management techniques
Able to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical tasks as needed

A valid driver’s license is preferred
Flexible schedule, as some weekend and evening work may be required
