Positions Available:

Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
Manage and train staff, ensuring top-notch customer service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism.
Maintain inventory, oversee orders, and ensure efficient stock management.
Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the restaurant meets all standards.
Participate in financial management, including budgeting and sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events.
Schedule staff shifts, ensuring optimal service levels.
Regularly review and update restaurant processes for efficiency.


Job Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
