Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Train, supervise, and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients

Requirements:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial reporting
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Canada
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
A valid work permit or eligibility for Visa Sponsorship in Canada
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
