At Bdf Conseils Inc., we are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Farm Labourers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the agriculture industry, specifically in fruit farming.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various fruits
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Perform general farm maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and watering
Sort and pack harvested fruits according to quality standards
Assist in the loading and unloading of produce for transportation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements:
Prior experience working on a farm or in agriculture is preferred but not mandatory
Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
Able to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively
Dedication to maintaining high-quality standards for fruit production
Familiarity with operating farm machinery is an asset
Able to communicate effectively in English (basic knowledge of French is a plus)
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
Flexibility regarding working hours, as some weekend work may be required during peak seasons
