Qualification & Experience:
No formal education is required.
Previous experience in fruit picking or farm work would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
A good level of physical fitness and the ability to work long hours.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality standards.
Basic understanding of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Hand-pick apples following the company’s picking standards and guidelines to ensure produce quality.
Use ladders or other equipment to reach higher branches safely.
Handle the produce gently to avoid damage or bruises.
Sort and pack apples in designated containers or crates.
Maintain a clean working environment, disposing of waste appropriately.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work under various weather conditions – hot, cold, or wet.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Keen attention to detail to select the best quality apples.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Familiarity with basic farm equipment would be advantageous.
Work Setting:
Open farm environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
Seasonal employment, typically during the apple harvesting period.
Working hours may vary based on seasonal demands, including early morning starts and occasional weekend shifts.
Additional Information:
Visa sponsorship will be provided for successful international candidates.

Training on best practices for apple picking will be provided to all new hires.
