Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
Valid insurance broker license or willingness to obtain one upon relocation.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related role.
Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
Proficient communication skills in English.
Consult and advise clients on insurance needs, coverage options, and tailored insurance solutions.
Prepare and present quotes to prospective clients, explaining the intricacies of different policies.
Process applications, renewals, and adjustments to existing policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering top-tier service and support.
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with insurance companies and liaise on behalf of the client.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Office-based role with potential opportunities for remote work.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Occasional meetings or seminars might be outside of regular office hours.
Visa sponsorship will be available for suitable international candidates.
