Responsibilities:
Harvest apples by hand according to quality standards
Sort, grade, and pack apples into containers
Ensure proper handling and storage of harvested apples
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
No previous experience required – training will be provided on-site
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations
