Responsibilities:
Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to established procedures
Operate farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing fences, and irrigation system maintenance
Assist with livestock care and management if required
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Work closely with other team members to achieve daily targets
Requirements:
Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
Dedication to maintaining high standards of crop quality and productivity
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
