Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm tractors and other agricultural equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely and efficient repairs
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience working as a Farm Tractor Mechanic or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of farm tractors and agricultural equipment
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and technology used in tractor maintenance
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A valid driver’s license is required
Possess strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
